First Russell Wilson was taking singer Ciara to the White House Correspondents Dinner and now he’s not.
He posted a video on Facebook Thursday afternoon of him dancing with his grandma. The caption below read:
“Can’t wait to dance with my beautiful date at the WHCD this weekend! #shesgotmoves #loveugrandma”
According to the Washington Post, Ciara, officially Ciara Princess Harris, and Wilson were listed on the Correspondents Dinner guest list posted at AOL.
His Facebook post may put an end to the Correspondents Dinner guest list rumors or not. Maybe Ciara on his right arm and grandma on his left?
Whatever the case may be, there’s no official confirmation from either camp that Wilson is dating Ciara, but rumors started circulating after the pair was spotted at the Mariners game over the weekend.
Who is Ciara?
Ciara, 29, released her debut album, Goodies, in 2004. You may have heard the singles “Goodies”, “1, 2 Step”, and “Oh” on the radio. She has released five albums and has been nominated for several Grammy Awards. Ciara started her acting career in 2006.
If the rumors prove to be unfounded, a University of Washington student has another option for the Seahawks’ quarterback.
