Social Security checks will be a little bigger starting next year...but only a little bigger. Recipients will get about $38 more a month after a cost-of-living adjustment. But can people in their 20s and 30s really expect any Social Security checks by the time they're old enough to receive them? We talk with Nancy Altman, co-Director of a group called Strengthen Social Security and author of The Battle for Social Security.
