Linda begins with our top stories. Bill, Linda, and Tom all picked one soundbite each from the President's State of the Union Address they thought resonated most with them. KIRO's Brandi Kruse says statistics state heroin use is becoming less of a problem. But, a cheap version of the hard drug has made it's way back into the neighborhoods and schools of King County. Last night, President Obama, said we need to get past oil as an energy source. KIRO's Chris Sullivan says one possible energy source is under our feet right now.
