Washington's gay marriage bill is one step closer to passing the legislature. But one of the biggest arguments against comes from republicans who say it will make it harder for businesses (like wedding photographers and florists) to discriminate against gay customers. To prove the point that gay marriage won't put any florists into an uncomfortable position, we call a self-described conservative florist in Iowa City. Elaine from Down to Earth Florists tells us she'll do any wedding - gay or straight - and if she ever needed to turn one down, she'd just say she's over-booked.Category: Interviews
