Sgt. Robert Bales was recently charged with 17 counts of premeditated murder in a shocking Afghan killing case. There's been talk by his defense that he's suffering from PTSD. So what is PTSD and how is it treated? Are we taking care of our troops when they return home from battle? What about their families? We talk with mental health experts about the complexities of PTSD and how it may pertain to Sgt. Robert Bales.
