Some Puget Sound neighborhoods are experiencing multiple offers on homes for sale. Inventories are down, activity is up but prices still seem to lag behind. Have we seen the bottom of the local housing market? Join host Tom Kelly and economist Glenn Crellin, associate director of research at the University of Washington's Runstad Center, as they discuss the latest housing statistics, the percentage of distressed sales and shadow inventory on "Real Estate Today." Crellin, a former economist for the National Association of Realtors and head of the Washington Center for Real Estate Research at Washington State University for 16 years, recently relocated to Seattle.
