A county in Hawaii has outlawed incessant dog barking. The law bans "barks, bays, cries, howls" that go on continuously for 10 minutes, or intermittently for 20 minutes." Dog owners there are now turning to dog psychiatrists to get their dogs to shut up. Category: Life
