Judge to rule in Steven Powell child porn case

When police served a search warrant on the Puyallup home of Steven Powell last summer, looking for evidence of the murder of his son Josh Powell's wife, Susan, they found indications of another crime. A judge will rule Tuesday if evidence of voyeurism and child porn can be used against Josh Powell's father, Steven, at trial, scheduled to start next month.Category: Reports
