Ron Reagan fills-in for Luke Burbank today. // The mother of a 7-year-old Boy Scout has been banned from the organization because she's gay. Dave and Ron do not approve. // A Marine who's served 9 years is getting kicked-out of the military and losing his benefits for criticizing the president on Facebook. He posted "Screw Obama and I will not follow all orders from him." Dave tries to defend the Marine, but Ron says it's insubordination, plain and simple. // ROSS-COLORED GLASSES: Michael Kinsley wrote an op-ed in the LA Times about Seattle's 520 toll. Is this class warfare on the roads? // Dave says It may not be fair to let members of congress be the ones to investigate allegations of Secret Service infidelity. Let he who is without sin throw the first stone? // Seattle police want the city to change a law to allow officers to shoot video of peaceful public protests and demonstrations. Current city law doesn't allow police to collect information about citizens without cause. Police can turn on their cameras only after trouble breaks out. // A three-year investigation by a Senate committee is expected to reveal that torture isn't an effective information-gathering technique.
