The family of the 3rd grader who was accidentally shot at school is suing the family of the boy who brought the gun and the school itself. Andrew doesn't think suing the school is a good idea. KIRO reporter John Kerns joins us. // Tom Tangney stops by to talk about "The Imposter," a documentary that reconstructs how a young Frenchman convinces a grieving Texas family he is their 16-year-old son who went missing for 3 years. // ROSS-COLORED GLASSES - Ann Romney says they're not going to release any more tax returns, no way, no how. And that makes Dave unhappy because he'd really like to try to reconstruct how Romney keeps his taxes low. // A national atheist group is suing a public elementary school in New York state for using two songs that mention the words "God" and "Lord." Andrew the atheist says, "stop making us look bad, atheist groups! Choose your battles."
