The Lakewood Police Department faces a lawsuit (first reported by KING 5) for negligence and excessive use of force during a 2010 arrest involving a K9 unit mauling a suspect who was hiding in the bushes. "A real easy way not to get bit by the K9 dog is to do what you're told," said Farrar.
