Kent's Pediatric Interim Care Center is the only facility in the country that specifically cares for newborn babies addicted to drugs. They spend weeks to months helping them withdraw from drugs in the most comfortable setting possible. Many of the babies were born to upper middle class women who were taking prescription drugs.
